The Digital Upskilling programmes are designed to improve confidence through training on a range of digital tools.
We run training in Microsoft Sharepoint, Power BI, and Dynamics 365, but can also tailor packages to your needs.

Headforwards Digital Academy is part of the Digital Futures project which has been funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund as part of Cornwall Council’s Good Growth Programme.

Software Development Bootcamp

If you’re looking to pivot, switch, get started or upskill in your career, our technical bootcamp could be just the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

This incredible course, delivered in partnership with Code Institute, will take you from zero to tech hero in as little as 16 weeks.

The course begins with an introduction to coding, building proficiency in the most common programming languages and basic tools of the trade, including the principles of Agile development, Bootstrap, Django, JavaScript and more.

The bootcamp offers:

16 weeks full-time course with a cohort of like-minded folk
Fully and part-funded places available
Job-ready behavioural and technical skills

You must be over the age of 18 and unemployed or employed by a Cornwall or Isles of Scilly-based company to apply. The first cohort begins in September 2024.

Are you in the throes of digital transformation and feeling out of your depth? Perhaps you’re about to embark on digital transformation and want to build your team’s confidence?

People sit at the heart of digital transformation. The team is responsible for delivery, and often, they need a new set of digital skills to be able to do it effectively.

Our Digital Upskilling programme builds confidence by training individuals on a range of digital tools.

We run training in Microsoft Sharepoint, Power BI, and Dynamics 365, but can also tailor packages to your needs.

Courses are funded and part-funded dependent upon individual eligibility criteria and course. Maximum cost is £150 per course per person.
